Fresh produce supplier sourcing

A defined, one-off project to find and qualify growers, packers and exporters that match a specific requirement.

Freshly picked lemons with leaves

Looking for reliable suppliers for a specific requirement?

Sometimes you do not need an ongoing sourcing partner — you need a clear answer to a concrete question: who can supply this product, from which origin, at this specification, in this window?

How Frutta Group helps

We run a scoped supplier search against your criteria and deliver a qualified shortlist with the information you need to decide. If you want, we then support introductions and the first shipment.

What a qualified shortlist includes

For each supplier we put forward, we aim to cover: what they grow or pack and where, estimated available volume in your window, packing capability and formats, current certifications, experience shipping to your destination, and the commercial terms they typically work on.

We also say where information is incomplete or where we see risk. A shortlist is only useful if it is honest about what is known.

Typical scenarios

An importer needs a second origin because the main one had a weak season. A retailer wants to add a variety that its current suppliers do not grow. A food company is entering fresh produce and needs its first suppliers. In each case, the brief is specific and the deliverable is a decision-ready shortlist.

Frequently asked questions

How is supplier sourcing different from International Sourcing?
