Berry sourcing and trading

Blueberries and other berries from seven origins, where shelf life, cold chain and harvest timing decide the result.

Blueberries ready for harvest on the bush

Berries are unforgiving: a few days of delay or a break in the cold chain shows on the shelf. Sourcing them well means understanding varieties, harvest timing and the transit time each destination can tolerate.

Supply rotates through the year. Peru, Argentina and Chile lead from late northern summer into winter; Mexico and Morocco bridge the winter and spring; Spain supplies in spring; Poland covers the European summer. With access to all seven origins, we can build berry programs that run with few gaps.
